The City of Carlyle embarked on a Parks and Recreation Master Plan with the landscape architecture and park planning consultants at Planning Design Studio in October of 2020. The goal of the master plan is to guide development of Carlyle’s parks and recreation facilities and programs over the next decade. Parks and recreation master plans ensure that a city is meeting the recreational needs of the community and that recreational needs will continue to be met as a community changes over time.
