The City of Carlyle has partnered with CodeRED, an emergency alert service that works through the telephone system, to provide City-related emergency and important notifications to residents. This service is being provided to residents FREE OF CHARGE. The City of Carlyle will use the CodeRed system to notify you of the following situations:

Boil Order Advisories | Emergency Evacuation Notices | Severe Weather Emergency | Road Closures | Emergency Preparedness | Public Health Crisis | Missing Person | Criminal Activity | Community Notifications | Festivals/Parades

Five telephone numbers can be associated with each household, so please feel free to provide us with your home telephone number(s) and any cell phone numbers that your family may have.  Each number must be associated with the address that you are providing.

Please rest assured that your telephone number WILL NOT BE GIVEN OUT TO ANY THIRD PARTY.  This information is being stored and secured by CodeRED for the express and sole purpose of providing public health and emergency information to residents.  If you have any questions regarding this service please read the Frequently Asked Questions below.
