The Carlyle City Park is located at 1096 Lake Road. It is home to the City Pool, a nine “hole” disk golf course, two tennis courts and a public baseball diamond. There is also a playground, swing sets, and pavilions available for public use

The Fish Hatchery Park is located at the intersection of Route 50 and Sand Ridge Road. It is home to the Carlyle Community Dog Park, a playground, swing set, and an enclosed pavilion available for public use.  Fishing is available at the Fish Hatchery Pond.
