The City Council of Carlyle, Illinois, is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide Residential Waste Services (Trash, Recycling, Yard Waste) for the City of Carlyle.
The winning bidder agrees to begin providing Residential Waste Services no later than February 1, 2025, to the City of Carlyle.
