Beginning at a concrete monument found at Southwest Corner of said Northeast Quarter of Section 19; thence North 00 degrees 16 minutes 00 seconds West (Bearings based on the Illinois State Plane Coordinate System, NAD 83, West Zone) along the West line of said Northeast Quarter of Section 19, a distance of I035.27 feet to an iron rod and set; thence South 89 degrees 22 minutes 07 seconds East, a distance of 1600.00 feet (Recorded Distance) to an iron rod set; thence South 00 degrees 16 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 975.11 feet to an iron rod set on the South line of the Northeast Quarter of Section 19; thence South 87 degrees 49 minutes 57 seconds West along said South line of the Northeast Quarter of Section 19, a distance of 1600.64 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 36.585 Acres, more or less. c. Be signed by the leasee;
d. Submitted in a sealed envelope with Attn: City Administrator and “Farm Land Bid” clearly marked on the outside of the envelope;
e. Bid must be received at City Hall, 850 Franklin Street, Carlyle, Illinois 62231, not later than 4:30 p.m. on October 28th, 2022.

The City of Carlyle reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No bids below $250.00 dollars per acre will be accepted.
