Spectrum Mid-America, LLC (“Spectrum”), is noticing its customers that the following station names will rebrand on the channel line-up serving our community.
- On February 28, 2024, Hallmark Drama located on Spectrum Channel 696, will be rebranded with Hallmark Family.
- On March 6, 2024, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries located on Spectrum Channels 66, 180 and 863, will be rebranded with Hallmark Mystery.
- On March 25, 2024, AXS TV located on Spectrum Channel 857, will be rebranded with Anthem.
Additionally, this letter will serve as notice that on or around March 4, 2024, Spectrum, will launch carriage of Newsmax on channel 248 on Spectrum Select and TV Select Signature on our channel line-up.
Spectrum is making its customers aware that TV Japan has notified us that it will discontinue programming on or around March 31, 2024. Accordingly, Spectrum will cease carriage of TV Japan on channels 399, 892 and 2587 on our channel line-up.

Effective on or around June 15, 2020, Spectrum Mid-America, LLC “Spectrum” is making changes to its Spectrum TV Choice package. With the Spectrum TV Choice package a new customer can pick up to 15 networks (previously 10 networks) out of 75 available networks (in addition to SPP Basic). The new package will allow customers to pick more channels from a different list of networks, including one (1) regional sports network, where available. Pricing for new Spectrum TV Choice 15 package will increase by $5.00 for new customers. Existing Spectrum TV Choice customers will be grandfathered with no changes made; however, customers may upgrade into the new Spectrum TV Choice 15 package.
On or around June 1, 2021, Living Faith Network and Living Faith Network HD located on Spectrum Channels 104 and 867 HD, will rebrand to Bull Dog Shopping Network and Bull Dog Shopping Network HD on the channel lineup serving our community. Spectrum Mid-America, LLC is making its customers aware that effective on or after October 31, 2020, customer bill statement dates and payment due dates will be changing.
Customers are being notified of these changes via three separate message tactics: (1) bill message, (2) bill advertisement insert, and (3) a follow up bill statement message. If customers use our AutoPay feature, a customer’s payment date will be the same as the due date. If customers pay by credit card, the date the credit card is charged may change in accordance with the customer’s new due date, so customers may need to make adjustments with their financial institutions to account for the date changes.

- Urban Movie Channel: A go-to destination for Black TV & film with the best in drama, romance, comedy, action, thrillers, stage plays, reality, docu-series and much more.
- Customers can subscribe to Urban Movie Channel for $4.99 per month.
- Sundance Now: A rich selection of gripping true crime, thoughtful dramas, and heart stopping thrillers from around the world.
- Customers can subscribe to Sundance Now for $6.99 per month.

Programming fees charged by TV networks carried by Charter are the greatest single factor in higher cable prices, and continue to rise. Despite Charters best efforts to control these costs, this has resulted in a change in the rates they charge the customers.
Effective on or after November 12, 2019, the following monthly pricing changes will affect new customers subscribing to Spectrum TV Silver and Spectrum TV Gold services.
Service / Pricing Adjustment:
- Spectrum TV Silver
- Price will increase by $5.00 to $97.49.
- Spectrum TV Gold
- Price will increase by $5.00 to $117.49.
Further, effective on or after November 12, 2019, Charter will launch the Spectrum TV Sports Pack, a new channel sports tier that includes eleven networks, available for monthly subscription to new customers for $5.00 per month. Existing customers who currently receive these channels as part of their service will not be charged an additional fee for the new tier.

On or around August 22, 2019, Charter will launch the Atlantic Coast Conference Network (“ACCN”). ACCN will launch in high definition on Spectrum Select channel 231 on the channel lineup serving our community.
ACCN is a new 24/7 national network dedicated to ACC sports. Customers will enjoy 24/7 coverage of ACC sports, 40 football games, 150 men’s and women’s basketball games, 250 Olympic sports events, and 1000 digital exclusive events on ACCN Extra. ACCN’s first football game on August 29, 2019, features reigning national champion Clemson in their home opener against Georgia Tech.

Effective on or around May 13, 2019, Charter will launch Spectrum Originals on-demand on channel 2010. Spectrum Originals is a premier destination for premium original series available exclusively to Spectrum video subscribers on-demand and ad-free. This free service will launch with the Sony and Bruckheimer-produced drama “L.A.’s Finest,” starring Gabrielle Union and Jessica Alba. Additional projects include the high-octane street race drama “Curfew,” co-produced with Sky UK, and the Lionsgate series “Manhunt.”
An initiative of Charter Communications, Spectrum Originals is the latest expansion of Charter’s market-leading video offerings, which include regional sports networks and its award-winning Spectrum News services. In addition, effective on or around April 30, 2019, Charter will launch a video-on-demand fitness subscription channel, Gaiam TV Fit & Yoga, allowing customers to access premium yoga and fitness training directly on TV. Program choices will include cardio, pilates, yoga, meditation, pre and postnatal exercise, sculpting and toning, walking, circuit training and dance, as well as programs tailored for certain health conditions including arthritis and stress-related illnesses.

lineup for customers in the City of Carlyle. Effective on or after March 20, 2019, Cheddar (HD)
will be added to channel 237, SPP Tier 1 HD.
In addition, effective on or after March 29, 2019, Cine Sony (HD) & Pasiones (HD), will be added

The Spectrum TV Silver package will no longer include Cinemax and its related channels. Cinemax and its
related channels will be available for subscription as an a la carte service only. The monthly a la carte
subscription rate will be reduced from $15.00 to $9.99.
The Spectrum TV Gold package will no longer include Cinemax, STARZ, STARZENCORE, and EPIX or their related
channels. These services will be available for subscription as a la carte services only. The monthly a la carte
subscription rates for Cinemax, STARZ, STARZENCORE, EPIX and their related channels will each be reduced
from $15.00 to the following rates: Cinemax – $9.99, STARZ – $9.99, STARZENCORE – $5.99, EPIX – $5.99.
Pricing for monthly a la carte TMC subscription service will be reduced from $15.00 to $9.99.
