Timmermann House is located on 100 acres outside of Aviston, Illinois, 45 minutes from St. Louis and was originally built in the 1940s as a farm house on a working farm. In 1994, additional wings and a complete remodel also adding a hot tub with a hand-painted mural. Rooms have private baths with plush monogrammed robes and a full gourmet breakfast is served in the dining room or on the deck, weather permitting.
Massage therapy, horse-drawn carriage rides through the countryside and discount dinner reservations can be arranged. Hidden Lake Winery, Bretz Wildlife Lodge & Winery, are 10 – 25 minutes from Timmermann House. Fine dining and discounts available at Popeye’s Chop House in St. Rose.
