We will be issuing a credit of $25 to any City of Carlyle resident that has decorated the outside of their home with at least ten strands of lights and/or lighted features. This is our way of thanking the residents for bringing some holiday cheer to our city.
To receive the credit, you must fill out the form and return to City Hall by December 20, 2019.
The credit will be applied to the bill due in February.
