Our group started in 1990
and is a not-for-profit Illinois corporation. Our bylaws state that we
are to work with government agencies to make improvements at Carlyle and
to inform our members and gather their input so they may have a voice in
what happens to the future of our sport at Carlyle.
We have an 11 member Board of directors, nearly 300
members (and growing), and we are a very democratic organization where
you can speak your piece and be heard!
We work closely with state and federal authorities to
make improvements at Carlyle.
